  • Ability to oversee 30-50 direct reports on a daily.
  • The business understanding of financial budgeting for profit and sales of a restaurant.
  • Passion and understanding of the Chick-fil-A brand and the desire to be an advocate as a manager.
  • The skillset of a manager to oversee scheduling, inventory, invoices, and training. 
  • Understand the importance of leadership development and mentoring team members of all ages.
  • Clearly communicate with respect and use technology for continuous conversations. The manager being bi-lingual is beneficial.
  • Teach team members with a hospitality attitude.
  • Must have at least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.
  • Understand the principles of food safety and quality.
