While working the night shift can have perks like avoiding traffic and getting paid a premium, it can also take a toll on your health. In addition to disrupting your natural sleep cycle, working at night can lead to weight gain, anxiety, and depression.

Fortunately, there are some things you can do to stay healthy while working the night shift. Here are a few tips:

1. Adjust your sleeping schedule. 5. Take care of your mental health. In addition to the physical effects of working the night shift, it can also impact your mental health. If you’re feeling anxious or depressed, talk to your doctor or mental health professional.
